I never imagined that one day I would create my own dessert brand.

My love for baking began much earlier, inspired by my mum, who absolutely loved to bake. Growing up, I spent time in the kitchen with her, watching, learning and discovering how much care and love could go into something as simple as a homemade dessert. Looking back, I think those moments planted the first little seed of what would eventually become my passion.

Years later, that curiosity grew into a desire to understand pastry on a deeper level. As a self-taught baker, I spent countless evenings experimenting with recipes, learning new techniques and refining every detail until it felt just right.

What started as a hobby soon became a creative journey that continues to inspire me every day.

Living in the UK gave me the opportunity to bring together two important parts of my story. While London has become my home, I have never lost my love for the flavours, traditions and memories of Poland. I wanted to bring those familiar Polish flavours into elegant, handcrafted desserts — and share a little piece of my heritage with people here in the UK.

For me, it is about more than recreating traditional flavours. It is about taking the tastes and memories I grew up with and giving them a new, contemporary expression through pastry.

Today, every collection begins long before the first ingredient is measured. It starts with inspiration, sketchbooks filled with ideas, colour palettes and flavour combinations that slowly evolve through testing, patience and refinement.

Every macaron, every dessert and every recipe I create reflects not only what I've learned, but also where I come from and who I am.

Because for me, true luxury is never accidental.
